What this site is
Assurlik publishes general information about insurance, health cover and pensions in Morocco. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
- Not a seller. It is not an insurer, an agent, a broker or a bank, and it is not an intermediary approved by ACAPS under the Insurance Code (law 17-99). It does not present, offer or sell any contract, and it takes no commission.
- Not official. It is not linked to ACAPS, to any public fund or to any company named in its pages. The law, your contract and the bodies concerned have the final word.
- Free. Reading it costs nothing and needs no account.
Information, not advice
The guide explains the rules in general terms. It does not know your situation and is not legal, tax, medical or financial advice. Your contract, the law and the decisions of the bodies concerned prevail over anything written here. Before any decision that matters, check with your insurer, your fund or ACAPS.
The facts were checked in October 2026, as explained on the About page, and each page shows the date it was last updated. Rules and prices change. Prices are orders of magnitude, not offers.
Calculators and the quote request
The calculators give estimates from the figures you enter and from simplified rules. An estimate is not a quote, an offer or a decision on a claim, and an insurer or a fund may reach a different figure.
The quote request is written in your browser. You send it yourself, from your own email, to the insurers or agents you choose. The guide does not receive it and takes no part in what follows.
Links to other sites
The guide links to insurers, public bodies and other sites so that you can check facts and ask for quotes. Those sites are run by others, under their own terms and privacy rules. A link is not a recommendation, and the guide is not responsible for their content, prices or service.
Advertising
Ads are served by Google and are labelled as advertising. The guide does not choose individual ads and does not endorse what they offer. Advertisers have no say in the content: no company pays to be listed, ranked, praised or left out.
Read an insurance ad as you would read any offer, and check that the seller is licensed before you pay. Cookies used for advertising are explained in Privacy and cookies.
Copyright
The texts, tables, diagrams, illustrations and layout of the guide are protected. You may quote a short passage with a link to the page it comes from. Copying whole pages or republishing the guide elsewhere needs written permission from the publisher.
Laws and official texts quoted in the guide are public. Company names belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. The photographs are illustrations created with an AI image tool, and the people in them are not real.
Liability
Care is taken to keep the guide accurate, but it may contain mistakes or be out of date, and it may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, the publisher is not liable for a loss that results from using the information, the calculators or a linked site. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Law and changes
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. A dispute that cannot be settled amicably goes to the competent Moroccan courts, without prejudice to the mandatory rules that protect consumers where they live.
The terms may change as the site changes. The version that applies is the one on this page, dated at the top. The English, French and Arabic versions say the same thing.
